Inviting people, permission sets, and departments.
CivAll Social tells you when a post fails, a post waits for your approval, an account needs reconnecting, or work is assigned to you. You choose which of these reach you in the app, by email, or both.
Departments group your social accounts — and the people who work them — so that “My departments” scope resolves to a meaningful set of accounts. They’re the bridge between a user’s permission set and the accounts they can actually touch.
You add teammates to CivAll Social by inviting them from the Users area. Inviting, editing, and removing users are admin actions.
Every user has exactly one CivAll Social permission set — a single access profile that defines what they can do. Instead of stacking multiple roles, you pick one set and then fine-tune where it applies using scope.
The Security tab of your CivAll account is where you change your password, add passkeys, and turn on multi-factor authentication, and it shows when your organization signs you in through single sign-on.
A passkey lets you sign in to CivAll with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN instead of a password. Add one from the Security tab of your account, then use it on the sign-in page.
