The Planner is your content calendar — a single place to see what’s scheduled, reschedule it, and create new posts without leaving the page.
Click a scheduled post on the calendar to see exactly how it will render on each network it targets, one tab per platform.
Move a post to a different day by dragging its card. It’s the fastest way to shuffle your calendar, and it won’t disrupt an already-approved post.
Save how you set up the Planner, Inbox, Approvals, Feeds, and Analytics as named views, switch between them in one click, and share a view with everyone in your organization.
Move a post out of the queue and onto the calendar in one of two ways — by dragging it, or with the card’s Schedule post button.
The mini composer is a panel on the right of the Planner that lets you write and edit posts side by side with the calendar — the same composer engine, in a narrower layout.
