Two ways to schedule
- Drag a queue card onto a day in the calendar. The post picks up a default time and shows the Change time chip so you can adjust it. Dropped on today, it uses the next-hour rule; dropped on a future day, it uses 9:00 AM in the post’s timezone. Past days aren’t valid drop targets.
- Click Schedule post on the card to open a date and time picker and choose an exact date and time.
How approval fits in
Scheduling is the moment approval is decided — saving to the queue never triggers it.
Warning
If you’re an approver (or the account has no workflow), scheduling from the queue commits the post directly. If you’re not an approver, scheduling submits the post to approvals with your chosen time attached as the recommended time — the post leaves the queue and appears as Pending on the calendar at that slot, going live once an approver signs off. Either way, the post moves out of the queue. Dragging a scheduled post back into the queue to un-schedule it isn’t supported; instead, open the scheduled post on the calendar and choose Move back to queue (not available for recurring posts).
