Review workflows that keep posts safe before they go public.
If you’re in an approver pool, you’ll be notified when a post needs review. Here’s how to act on it.
CivAll’s approval model is deliberately simple: one approval level and a pool of approvers, any one of whom can clear a post. Being an approver is itself the bypass.
A workflow is small by design: it turns on approval for a chosen set of accounts and names the people who can approve. Configuring one requires the manage-approval-workflows permission.
