Scheduled comments
A scheduled comment is text that CivAll posts on your behalf shortly after the post publishes — commonly a “link in comments” or a moderation notice.
- In the composer, with a supported account selected — Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Nextdoor — click Add scheduled interactions in that network’s options.
- Enter the comment text and choose the timing: Immediately, Delay (default 5 minutes after publish), or Schedule for a specific time after the post goes live. Recurring posts can use Immediately or Delay only.
- Finish composing as usual — the comment rides along with the post.
Tip
One comment fans out to every selected account of that network — you write it once and each account gets its own copy, and each succeeds or fails independently. Scheduled comments are editable right up until they post — in the composer, while editing a scheduled post, and even after the parent post is live but before the comment fires. Once a comment posts, it’s view-only. Editing a comment on an already-approved post sends the post back through approval.
Scheduled shares
A scheduled share automatically shares your post after it publishes. Scheduled shares are supported on Facebook only, and only when a single Facebook account is selected — if more than one Facebook account is on the post, the option isn’t available.
