The two ways to read comments

Switch between them using the toggle at the top of the inbox — By item or By thread.
Filtering the inbox
Filter by account, Read (All or Unread), State (Open, Closed, or Muted), Assigned (Anyone, Me, or Unassigned), Content Type (All types, Comments, DMs, or Mentions), and, where enabled, Sentiment.
Tip
Assignment and status are separate. A conversation can be Open and assigned to someone; closing it doesn’t clear the assignee, and a new incoming message reopens it with its history intact.
