Adding RSS feeds

Bring headlines and articles from any RSS source into a feed — useful for tracking local news, weather alerts, or partner agencies.

Add an RSS feed

1. Click Add Feed and choose RSS feeds.
2. Paste the RSS feed URL and click Add. Click Preview first if you want to check the feed or change its title.
3. CivAll validates the URL and adds an RSS feed. New items stream in and sort to the top.

If the URL is invalid or unreachable, you’ll get a specific error message. Media-rich feeds display with thumbnails; text feeds show the source’s favicon.

Tip

RSS feeds are shared across your whole organization automatically. You can rename or delete a feed if you have permission to manage accounts. Deleting a feed removes the source and its items for everyone, not just your view, so check before deleting.
